Chris
A lifelong martial artist, Chris passed his karate black belts at a young age before exploring many different martial arts, including kung fu. Chris has been training taijiquan for over 10 years.

Maria
An athletic lady from Athens, Greece, Maria is highly sociable, and has a friendly personality. With a background in dance, she is no stranger to exercise. 

Role
Assistants typically work with Rachel in the qigong group.

Friendly & approachable
The assistants are enthusiastic, friendly and enjoy training tai chi. Despite being conscientious and keen, they don't take themselves too seriously.
