Strength, not health
Many new starters are seeking the health benefits of qigong and tai chi. This is understandable. But our onus is upon strength-building and good body use, rather than health. 

​By-product
Health is a by-product of good alignment, balance, relaxed, mobile joints and functional motor skills. Health improves when you develop new habits and employ them in your everyday life.

An oasis
We offer a friendly, supportive environment. There is no stress, pressure or competition. No sweating, no exertion and no taxing the body.
