Qigong & tai chi
Move in a fluid, comfortable manner that does not tax the joints or lead to injury.

Cat-like grace
Students learn how to use their body in a way that is natural, supple, healthy and encourages long-term functionality.

Continuous strength
Instead of tensing muscles as and when needed, tai chi cultivates unbroken power at all times. No tensing is required.
